What can we, young people, do?

Teenagers do not have money or political power. However, through our communities, we can contribute by volunteering.  Though it may look small, it will be a meaningful step toward a better society.

 1.  When it comes to the health care issues, we can join one of the many hospital volunteer programs or go over to a local senior citizen center with a helping hand.

 2.  For people with disability, we could spend a portion of our free time to events or programs such as the Special Olympics or PALS (People and Animal Learning Services).

3.  Also, our community has a shelter for homeless people. We could devote our time and get involved in preparing or distributing meals.
